Access to this collection is generously supported by Arcadia funds. Mrs. George M. West (Wilhelmina Lemberger West) was H. H. West's mother. Mrs. H. H. West (Mary Adelbert Teel West Shepard) was H. H. West's first wife and the mother of Elizabeth and Frances West. H. H. West's family and friends in a car on a dirt road. They are stopped near a sign that reads, "DANGER autos are hereby notified to blow horn & not to exceed 10 mi per hour. This grade is extremely dangerous we POSITIVELY will not be responsible for accidents. SAN ANTONIO. W. CO." The women and children are in the backseat. Mr. Velzy is in the passenger seat.
