Text from negative sleeve: 195. Big Bear, Calif. Winter 1932. Mertie West after icicles from eaves. H. H. West Jr. by the fountain that has built up an ice cone. The old log cabin at Minnelusa canyon used by duck hunters for many years. We came home via Victorville, and a photo shows our Buick under a huge Joshua tree on the desert near Victorville.
