Photograph of H. H. West's Buick (partial view, left) parked near a large Joshua tree (right). Just to the right of the tree, standing from left to right, are, H. H. West, Jr. and Mertie West. The group was traveling home via Victorville from Big Bear Lake.
Text from negative sleeve: 195. Big Bear, Calif. Winter 1932. Mertie West after icicles from eaves. H. H. West Jr. by the fountain that has built up an ice cone. The old log cabin at Minnelusa canyon used by duck hunters for many years. We came home via Victorville, and a photo shows our Buick under a huge Joshua tree on the desert near Victorville. Neil Wells and H. H. West Jr. with skis. 6 negatives.
