Elizabeth and Frances West both wear matching white tops with a tie on the collar and dark-colored skirts. Frances Cline wears a light-colored plaid printed outfit. The creek flows from the lower right to mid-left center. Trees and chaparral are in the background. Elizabeth West, Frances West and Frances Cline were about 9, 6, and 8 years old, respectively, in 1912. They look older than that in this photograph. Text from negative sleeve: 200.
