Description
Access to this collection is generously supported by Arcadia funds.
Frances West and Elizabeth West sit on a large rock in Chatsworth Park. Both girls wear white outfits and dark tights. There are trees and mountains in the background.
Though the negative sleeve dates this photograph as about 1910, West's daughters appear to be older than four and seven, as they would have been in 1910, so the date has been estimated to be circa 1915.
Frances West (Frances Lucille West Wells) and Elizabeth West (Elizabeth West Siemsen) were H. H. West's daughters.
Text from negative sleeve: 315. Chatsworth Park, Calif. About 1910. L to R: Frances West. Elizabeth West. 2 negatives.
