Minnie West stands in front of wooden plank-roofed hot spring at the Casa Diablo Hot Springs along with Mary A., Elizabeth and Frances West. The structure extends behind her and to the left. At the center of the structure is an opening; smoke billows out and a wood plank leans against the structure. A small wooden hut stands behind and to the right of this structure. Standing to the right and at a little distance from the structure, Frances West, Elizabeth West and Mary A. West stand in a line, from front to back. Trees and hillsides are visible in the background. The group is viewed from a bird's-eye point-of-view.
