He is also holding a gun, while she holds a bouquet of flowers. He sits while she stands on a plank that is set over a stream. There are trees and mountains in the background. Pinkie Lemberger (Ellen Lorene Lemberger Warder) was H. H. West’s first cousin. Text from negative sleeve: Crafton, Calif., April 21, 1901. I go out hunting and kill a cottontail rabbit. Ella Lorain [sic] Lemberger, known as "Pinkie" daughter of J. L. Lemberger of Ottumwa, Ia. with the rabbit. Pinkie and I clean the rabbit. 3 negatives.
