Description

He walks towards the left with his back to the camera along a bank of Crane (Quail) Lake. He carries the ducks in an open wooden box high up on his back. The lake and low mountains rising from the opposite bank serve as the backdrop. Text from negative sleeve: 391. Crane Lake, Calif., 1910 - 1915.
