Fred Gilmer poses for a photograph while holding a sandhill crane in each hand. He stands in front of the the side of the Alamos Gun Club clubhouse near Crane (Quail) Lake. Waller Chanslor is crouched on the ground behind Fred on the left with his back to the camera. Roger Stearns stands at the far left and looks towards the camera.
