He takes a wide-leg stance with his hands to his belt. The birds hang from a strap slung around his neck. A car is parked behind him. An upside-down license plate reads, "14379 CA," and a rear plate near the tire axle reads, "4379 CAL." A large tree stands behind him at left and its branches extend over the car.
