Photograph, from left to right, of Will Mead and a man named Davis posing for a photograph on either side of a Pampas plume plant at Captain C. E. (Cameron Erskine) Thom's ranch in Glendale. The men stand on either side of the plant at center. They both slightly turn their bodies towards center and look to the camera. A house stands in the distance behind and to the right of the Pampas plant. A man's shadow (partial) is cast onto the ground in front of them at the bottom right edge of the photograph.
