Photograph, from left to right, of Frances West and Elizabeth West standing on the bank of a stream in front of some large rocks near Mount Wilson. Both girls wear matching winter hats and printed coats. Frances is at left and stands further back from the camera. Elizabeth is at right and stands closer to the camera. Another girl sits on a boulder behind Elizabeth on the right. The stream flows to the right of Elizabeth. Boulders sit in the stream and extend from behind the West girls and beyond the frame on the left. A large, barren hillside rises behind them on the opposite bank of the stream.
