Sarah Burma and other members of a marching band gathered together. Sarah Burma is at the right holding an instrument case. She and the other girl who stands wear capes and hats. The other girls sit on instrument cases holding sandwiches. There are buildings across the street and people walking on the sidewalk.
Text from negative sleeve: 528. Glendale, Calif. Decoration Day Parade. May 30, 1937, forming on Glendale Blvd near the school house close to Chevy Chase. The man at the left was Bandmaster of the Y. M. C. A. band. ["Forget his name" crossed out.] [Handwritten: Arnold Burgener.] On the school grounds was a group of girls eating their lunch. The girl at the right was Sarah Burma, a girl friend of H. H. West Jr. Shes has the clarinet case. 2 negatives.
