Description

Photograph, from left to right, of an unidentifiable man, Joe Pike and Dick Young lounging inside their tent near New River in the Imperial Valley. The tent is viewed straight-on from the open side. A man in the back of the tent at left lies on his back with one leg propped up and a hat over his face. He is obscured by a stool sitting in front of him. Joe Pike rests in a reclined position in the back right corner of the tent and looks towards the camera. Dick Young sits in the near corner at right with his back to camera and facing slightly left.
