An underexposed photograph of a porpoise strung up by its tail and hanging beneath the wharf in Newport Beach. The porpoise hangs from its tail from a large post at right. A young man stands to the left of the animal and inserts a knife into its side. Several people stand clumped together at left and look on. They all face towards the porpoise at right.
