Description
Access to this collection is generously supported by Arcadia funds. Fannie Mead Biddick was H. H. West's first cousin and William James Biddick was her husband. Walter Biddick and Grace Biddick were their children. H. H. West sits on the edge of an outdoor swimming pool known as Lewis Lake with his cousins and friends. The man with the moustache in the back row appears to be Independence (Inda) Stevens. All of the adults wear bathing suits and bathing costumes (the women's legs are covered). Walter Biddick wears a long-sleeved shirt and what appears to be overalls. There is a covered structure behind them, as well as a fence and trees. Text from negative sleeve: 639. East. Red Oak.
