A blurry and low-angle photograph, from front to back, of Frances West and Mary West riding a donkey as they lead the way along a trail on Mount Wilson. They sit at right on the same donkey, Frances sits in front of Mary and Mary wraps her arms around Frances. Their donkey walks directly towards the camera. Behind them and to the left, a few others ride donkeys along the trail. The boy riding nearest Mary and Frances holds onto a long stick that is oriented vertically.
