Photograph of the residence of John S. Cravens on South Orange Grove Avenue in Pasadena as viewed from across the street. The house is viewed straight on and sits back from the street. The house has a stone facade and large front porch. In the foreground, the dirt street spans across the bottom edge of the image. A side walk well in front of the house runs parallel with the street. A small palm tree stands at right, between the street and the sidewalk.
