Description
Access to this collection is generously supported by Arcadia funds. House with trees surrounding it. There is another building visible at the left. A dirt road is in the foreground. Text from negative sleeve: 765. East. 1900. Red Oak, Iowa. Approach to the old White Bridge, looking west. Both sides of the approach used to be shaded with huge elm trees, but they have disappeared. A Red Oak home, but I cannot identify it now. It looks like the old Pittinger house that father used to own, and stood on the corner just a block west of our place. 2 negatives.
