Photograph of Mary Whitaker standing on the beach in Redondo Beach and extending an arm out as she points towards the camera. She stands right-of-center. Her body faces left but she turns her head and torso towards the camera. Her left arm is extended out to the camera as she points at it. The beach expands behind her and towards the ocean in the far distance. A couple other beachgoers can be seen in the distance at right. A tall structure stands behind her at left. It is supported by 2 ropes on either side that stretch from the top of the structure towards the ground.
