A distant photograph looking towards the campsite at Burney Falls with the Smith boys and Harry Schmitz standing in front of the camp. Donald and Russell Smith stand nearest to the camera, left-of-center. They stand side-by-side and look towards the camera. At center, Harry Schmitz stands further in the distance behind them. He looks towards the camera and stands in front of a parked car. The car is viewed from the side and faces to the right. Clotheslines stretch from both ends of the car. A clothesline runs from the front end of the car to a tent pitched on the right. The other line stretches from the rear of the car to a tree standing along the left edge of the image. Clothes hang draped over both lines. A dilapidated cabin stands in the distance at left. Cleared ground extends from the camera to the campsite. Trees stand in the background.
