Wilfrid Cline, Jr. sits on a horseback at right. He is viewed from the side and faces to the right. He turns his head back to look at a horse standing behind him. Wilfrid holds a rope that attaches to the second horse's bridle. The other horse stands left-of-center, facing towards Wilfrid and his horse at right. Fencing extends across the image on the far side of the barnyard in the background. Trees stand in the distance beyond the fencing. Text from negative sleeve: 1038. Trinity County trip, 1917.
