Photograph of a lumber mill standing in the near distance in Mono Mills. The mill stands at center and is viewed at an angle from the short side. The bottom portion of the mill is open and workers are visible inside the mill. Train tracks extend from the building and out towards the left. A chimney rises from the roof at left. A sluice stands to the left of the building and a large pile of lumber stands to the right of the building. Grass-covered ground stretches across the foreground and trees stand in the distance behind the mill.
