Photograph of Frank Mellus wading in a pond and posing while holding his rifle and a string of ducks. Frank Mellus stands left-of-center in ankle deep water. He faces slightly left, but looks towards the camera. In one hand, he holds a string of a few ducks and with the other, he holds onto the butt of a rifle with its barrel resting on his shoulder. He stands in a pond which stretches behind him. In the distance, part of a shack stands along the right edge of the image and fence posts rise from the marsh.
