Description
Access to this collection is generously supported by Arcadia funds. Southern Pacific Railroad Depot. The depot consists of a wooden ramp leading to a small hut that has a sign on it reading, "Little Lake." There are carts resting next to the hut and a small railing at the end of the platform. A paper sign hangs next to the door of the hut. The train tracks are in the foreground and there are hills in the background. Text from negative sleeve: 1286. Tom's Place, Rock Creek, trip. Little Lake. August 29, 1940 to September 7, inclusive. H. H. West and wife. Forrest Whitaker and wife. Vacation on Rock Creek a quarter mile above Tom's Place. 1.
