Mertie West and Agnes Whitaker stand on a street corner. Both women hold packages, and Mrs. West holds her purse in her hands. Mrs. Whitaker holds her purse under her arm. They both wear glasses and smile at the camera. There are cars parked in the background and one driving at the right. There are utility poles and wires above. Three color flags are strung across the street. The awning of Black's Cash Store is behind the women.
