Frances West and Chester Schmitz stand on the beach with a pier in the background. Chester holds his hands together and has his mouth open. Frances wears a checked dress and black shoes. The image is dark and scratched, making Frances's face difficult to see.
Frances West (Frances Lucille West Wells) was H. H. West's daughter.
