Description
Access to this collection is generously supported by Arcadia funds. Elizabeth West (Elizabeth West Siemsen) and Frances West (Frances Lucille West Wells) were H. H. West's daughters. H. H. Cooper sits on the porch of the West's beach cottage while Elizabeth and Frances West sit in the sand in front. Frances is on the left, Elizabeth is on the right. Mr. Cooper's legs are crossed. There is a bottle sitting in the sand in front of the girls. A "for rent" sign hangs on the front of the cottage. What may be a crutch leans on the porch next to Mr. Cooper.
