He stands at center, facing towards the camera, and looks down towards his dog to the left. In one hand, Guy holds a duck and with the other he holds onto his rifle which he rests atop his bent leg. Tules occupy the foreground in the lower left corner. The dog appears to walk down a slope behind these tules at left and towards Guy. Tules also stand behind and to the right of Guy and his dog, surrounding them. Text from negative sleeve: 1334. Watson's Spur, On S.P.R.R. near Long Beach, Calif. About 1895. 1.
