The woman closest to the tree holds a pair of glasses in one hand. The woman behind her wears a hat and carries a coat over her arm. A man at the right holds an object to his mouth. There are other people in the background as well as other trees, including one that has a sign posted on it. Text from negative sleeve: 1343. Iowa State picnic Long Beach Calif. Aug. 13, 1938. One a palm tree was a sign reading "Montgomery County." Five views taken of this and not a single person can I now identify. 5 films.
