Description
Access to this collection is generously supported by Arcadia funds. Alice Baltzell Tibbetts, Fannie Mead Biddick, and William Biddick stand together at the Iowa Picnic in Lincoln Park. Mrs. Tibbetts wears a coat with a fur collar and a hat. Mrs. Biddick holds her hand at her chest and in her other hand holds her purse. Mr. Biddick has a rolled up piece of paper under his arm. At the right, a woman sits on a chair with her legs crossed. There are other people in the background, as well as trees. Fannie Mead Biddick was H. H. West's first cousin.
