Sam and Cosette Longstreet stand with Mr. and Mrs. Harris at the Iowa Picnic in Lincoln Park. Both Mrs. Longstreet and Mrs. Harris wear hats with veils over their faces. Mr. Harris wears a hat. Mr. Longstreet smiles. At the right, there is a wooden pole that a person is holding on to. There are other people the background, as well as trees and a flagpole.
