Westlake Park was renamed MacArthur Park in 1942.
Seal in a pool at MacArthur (Westlake) Park. The seal's head is visible at the center of the image. In the background, there are rocks with a wire fence in front of them. At the right, there is an awning and a wooden box beneath it, as well as more wire fencing behind the boxes.
