In the background, curtains hang down behind Daisy at left and pictures hang from the wall behind her at right. Text from negative sleeve: 1709. Los Angeles, California, about 1899. The Kellums. The Kellum family move from 224 East 24th street to either Clanton or Stamford [sic] street, near Eighth street. The number on the house is 1416 so they may have been down by 14th street.
