Photograph of Earl Kellum riding a bicycle down a sidewalk while wearing women's attire. Earl Kellum rides on a bicycle at center and approaches the camera. He rides while wearing a skirt, blouse and a bonnet-like hat. The sidewalk stretches back behind Earl to the left. It is surrounded by undeveloped land on either side. In the distance, a couple of houses stand; one behind and to the left of Earl and the other at far right. Mountains are barely visible in the far distance at left.
