Men ride on a three-seat tandem bicycle. The men all wear hats. They are in motion and therefore blurry. There are houses in the background, as well as trees.
Text from negative sleeve: 1753. Los Angeles, Calif. 240 South Griffin Ave., 1897. 1. The view of the Catholic Church from our front lawn; also Penning's house at right. Guy West's dog and the two Daugherty children, from next door north, on the lawn. 2. Our front lawn, and the front of our house looking north on Griffin. 3. I laid the rear yard out beautifully. Wayne West in the chair at right. Our chicken yard at left and little shed on the right hand corner. 4. 5. Two pictures of bicycle riders on triplex in front of our house. As they are moving, they are no good for portraits. 5 films.
