Text from negative sleeve: 1756. Los Angeles, Calif. 240 South Griffin Ave. 1897. 1. Front view of the house. 2. Griffin Avenue, looking south from the corner of Hawkins street (now Manitou Ave.) On the left first are the two tall two story Quayle houses, then Sepulvedas, then ours. 3. Wayne West on the front lawn, in front of the front window of the house. 4. Wilson D. West on the front lawn looking north on Griffin Ave. Some one's buggy at extreme left. 4 films.
