H. H. West stands in front of his house with his cousin, mother, and brothers. William and West both wear hats, vests, and bowties. There is a vase of flowers at the top of the steps and a vase with only water in it at the bottom. There is a small box on the stairs. The neighbor's house is visible at the left.
