H. H. West's brother, Guy, holds his bike while speaking to another man. There are other people behind him, including a young boy, a woman whose back is to the camera, and another man in shorts and a hat. The man speaking to West holds a piece of paper and wears a hat. He has his hand to his neck. Another man's hands are visible in the bottom right corner of the image. People walk on the sidewalk in the background, and there are also trees and a house in the background.
