Mrs. West stands on the porch with a her hip. The house number "240" is visible over the front door. There are plants on either side of the steps. A woman's shadow is visible in the foreground. Text from negative sleeve: 1827. Los Angeles, California. 240 South Griffin Ave. About 1907. A party for the kids. 1. 2. At upper left is Mrs George M. West. Next to her, stooping is Sena Mead. Right down in front looking into the camera is Elizabeth West, and the lowest left hand girl is Frances West. Think that is Paul Mead sitting by the post under his mother Sena Mead.
