West's daughters, Elizabeth and Frances, pose in the backyard of the West's home with their cousin, Frances Cline and unknown boy. Frances Cline and the boy are obscured by a light streak, but Frances West and Elizabeth West are visible. There is an outdoor couch with a striped awning behind them and the house is beyond that. The image is dark and difficult to see. Text from negative sleeve: 1852. Los Angeles, California. 165 South Harvard Blvd. about 1914. The children took these pictures, and it was too late in the day for results. We had a lawn seat in our rear yard. 1. There are 4 children standing facing the camera. The one in front is Frances Cline. Suppose Elizabeth and Frances West are two of the others but one is not known. 2. 3. The lawn hammock. 3 films.
