Description
Access to this collection is generously supported by Arcadia funds. According to the text from the negative sleeve, this photograph was taken about 1912. This date is incorrect as Ambrose Cline was not born until 1915. An out-of-focus photograph of an infant Ambrose Cline sitting on the grass at John Teel's ranch in Chatsworth. Ambrose Cline sits upright in the near distance, right-of-center. He faces towards camera, but turns his head to the left. Behind and to the right of him, a dog runs across the image towards the right edge. A sapling stands behind and to the left of Ambrose. The field stretches into the distance behind him.
