She has her hands in the pockets of her sweater and she wears a belt, plaid skirt, and laced boots. He wears a cap and sweater and his eyes are closed. There are blankets in the stroller. There are windows at the left and what may be a garage in the background. H. H. West's shadow is visible on the wall at the left.
