H. H. West and his second wife, Mertie, pose with their arms around each other in front of a car. Both wear hats. Mrs. West wears a coat and holds a purse. He wears a suit and a watch chain hangs on his vest. There is a hill with trees on top in the background, and at the bottom of the hill there are buildings with signs on top. There are people and cars in front of the buildings. A sign at the left reads, in part, "Dwyer."
