West's second wife. Richard Alfred Siemsen was H. H. West's grandson. She wears a dress with a brooch on it and glasses. He wears a plaid shirt with the collar popped up. There are two items hanging in the front window. One is a circle with a cross in the center. The other is a small, rectangular flag with a star in the center. The word at the top may be, "Serving."
