Photograph of a small gas tank sitting on a flatbed dolly on the sidewalk outside the H. H. West Company's offices on Omar Avenue. The tank sits atop a dolly at center. Both are on the sidewalk that passes across the foreground, in front of the building. Behind the tank and to the right, a set of doors stands wide open. Another tank sits on the ground and against the wall beyond the open door at right. A hallway in shadow extends behind the tanks. To the left of the tank in the foreground, the large shop window of the office sits in partial view.
