Photograph of 3 gas tanks sitting on a flatbed dolly on the sidewalk outside the H. H. West Company's offices on Omar Avenue. The tanks sit atop a dolly at center with the tallest tank standing in the middle. The dolly and tanks are on the sidewalk that passes across the foreground, in front of the building. Behind the tanks, a set of doors stands wide open. A hallway in shadow extends behind them. To the left of the tanks, the large shop window of the office sits in partial view along the left edge.
