Photograph of signs advertising Santa Claus Lodge and Coca-Cola posted along the roadside in Gulkana. The signs are posted to a telephone pole that stands in the near distance at center. The signs are viewed at a slight angle from the front and sit low on the pole. They read, from the top down, "SANTA CLAUS LODGE," and "PAUSE...DRINK Coca-Cola." Supporting cables or rope stretch out on angles from the pole. Tall grasses surround the pole and extend into the distance. A hill stands in the far distance at right.
