Description
Access to this collection is generously supported by Arcadia funds. Photograph of crew members partaking in a fire drill on the promenade deck of the ship as passengers mill about in life jackets. The scene is viewed from an elevated angle. The deck's guard rail stretches vertically through the image at center on an angle from right to left. The promenade deck extends to the left of the rail. A few passengers wearing life jacks stand on the promenade at left. A hose winds down the deck towards crew members in life jackets. Crew members stand along the rail at center and hold the hose over the right side of the rail. It sprays water out into the ocean. The wake of the ship flows at right.
