Photograph of the Seattle skyline, as viewed from a departing ship sailing through Puget Sound. A ship's rail runs across the lower right corner. Beyond, the water of Puget Sound stretches towards a harbor of Seattle. Three piers extend towards the camera from the shore. Two are at left and the third is at far right. A couple of ships are docked at the far right pier. Warehouses sit atop both piers at left. The Seattle skyline stretches across the image, behind the piers. Smith Tower rises tall behind the pier at center. A vertical streak of white hovers to the left of Smith Tower.
